Zippos Kool Kash, affectionately known as "Chubby", is our 12.3 hand registered POA stallion. His grandsire is the great Campbell's Zippo. He is extremely smart and curious with a beautiful head and a great big eye. He is stocky yet he has an easy way of going and is very smooth. He is one of the best moving small POAs in the country, and he has proven himself in the show ring.

  Zippos Kool Kash was shown in halter was the 2002, 2003 and 2004 High Point Stallion in the Tennessee POA Club. He was broke as a two year old by a 15 year old girl and has been shown exclusively by her in several events. His two-year old accomplishments include being the 2003 Reserve International Champion in 2 year old In-Hand Trail as well as the 2003 Northeast Regional Champion in Jr. Trail and Reserve High Point Jr. Pony in Cobleskill, NY. He was also the Reserve High Point 2 Year Old Stallion in the Nation. As a two year old, Zippos Kool Kash attained his ROM in Halter and over 600 Timed points and 300 Non-Timed points!

  In 2004, Zippos Kool Kash again surpassed our expectations. He easily attained his ROM in Non-Timed events. He was a consistent winner in the Jr. and 13-18 western pleasure classes and did well in Hunter Under Saddle, Hunter Hack, and Trail. We were so excited because for the 2004 TNPOAC, he ended up High Point Stallion (for the third time!), High Point Jr. Western Pleasure and was the #4 Performance Pony in Tennessee! He also carried his rider to a Res. High Point 13-18 rider award. This was unexpected since we had a "laid back" year only showing in a few select classes. Zippos Kool Kash was also #3 in the Nation in Three Year Old Stallions!

  2005 marked the last year Zippos Kool Kash was shown before retirement. He had an awesome year finishing his ROM in Timed events and receiving his SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIP. In addition, he was #1 in the nation in Youth Pleasure Driving. He received numerous TNPOAC High Points including Jr. Western Pleasure and Jr. Hunter Under Saddle, Trail, Jumping, Driving and Costume. He also competed in Reining, Western Riding, Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, and several other speed classes. He was named the #1 performance pony in Tennessee and carried his rider to the High Point 13-18 rider award. By the time he retired at the ripe old age of four, he had won just about all there is to win. He showed his versatility in the show ring by haltering, riding, driving, jumping and gaming. His incredible intelligence and will to perform made his brief show career a time to remember.
